Windows 10 one-handed keyboard

Windows 10 one-handed keyboard shown off on video

Microsoft’s launch of the second preview of Windows 10 for phones might have landed later than we’d like, and some of us are even complaining about certain missing features. Still, that’s the price of evolution, and that’s something Microsoft needs to do desperately. No all is a loss though, a lot of cool new features are being added, and today we get a teaser.
Even though we praise the keyboard on Windows Phone, one of our biggest complaints is how big the keys and the UI tend to be on devices with a larger display. Today we find Microsoft’s new one-handed keyboard being demoed on video, and we see that it’s more than just that. It only works on devices like the Lumia 1520, but you’ll notice that the keyboard is now naturally smaller by default in order to provide you with less finger travel, and you then get the options to slide it to any side.
We’re still far from the final launch of Windows 10 for phones, but we love most of what we see so far.
